There is a 2 mm gap between the slot for a hanger/nail head and the front of the pin display, and a 4 mm gap between the slot and the pack of the display. The pin display holder inside the hexagon is 158 x 129 mm. The “net” for the pins is 2 mm thick.
$5; Untrimmed - Purchase a pin holder fresh from the printer. This is the cheapest option because the strings from printing are still attached and visible from a distance. You can trim them away yourself with any small, sharp blade.
$10; Trimmed - I will trim away all the strings from the print, but this process leaves some small nicks in the print that are visible up close.
$12.50; Polished - I will use my more expensive printer to make the piece, resulting in far fewer strings and nicks.
